I'm Ashley, a writer, server and foodie. I love food and eating out, almost too much, and so this is my journey to get back to healthy. Truthfully I have never been truly healthy and fit, I've just been skinny thanks to a young metabolism. I want to lose weight, but mostly get strong and healthy. I want to still be able to enjoy food and life but in a healthier way.
I'll be writing about my day to day struggles and triumphs, recipes, workouts... and random things of course.
